Gentle Yoga


Yoga means ‘unity, connection’. The aim of this ancient system, which originated in India thousands of years ago, is to bring the body, mind and soul into harmony. 
Through physical exercises (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayamas) and meditation, we promote our inner balance, our ability to relax and our well-being. At the same time, we become stronger, more flexible and improve our endurance.

Yoga in private lessons*

In private yoga lessons, the focus is on your individual needs and wishes. If you have any physical complaints, we will - after medical examination - create a tailor-made exercise programme consisting of physical, breathing and relaxation exercises. You can then practise these exercises independently at home.

* Since 2021, I have been completing yoga therapy training with Dr Günter. Niessen & Katharina Lehman. The aim of yoga therapy is to alleviate existing complaints and promote holistic well-being with individually tailored exercises.

Please note: Yoga therapy cannot replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment, but it can be used as a supportive measure.

Individual yoga session – 60 minutes: EUR 80
