Sit Down Shiatsu

 quick relaxation and recuperation - even directly at the workplace. 
 

Sit Down Shiatsu

•     promotes relaxation, body and mind come to rest
•     strengthens the nervous and immune system
•     promotes regeneration and the ability to concentrate 
•     helps with neck and shoulder tension as well as back pain and headaches
•     supports health and general physical well-being 

Sit Down Shiatsu takes place on the clothed body and usually lasts 25 minutes per session (15-minute treatments are also available on request). 

You can book Sit Down Shiatsu 

•     as a regular health-promoting measure,
•     as part of health days 
•     as part of company events
•     or as Christmas gifts

    
for your employees. 

Appointments can be made via an online booking system set up by me, or via a contact person specified by you. We need a quiet room for the treatment; I will bring the treatment chair with me. (For safety reasons, the treatment chair may be loaded with a maximum of 150 kg.) 

How much does a Sit Down Shiatsu treatment cost? 

A standard appointment at your location:
- Minimum number of participants: 4 employees
- Duration: 25 minutes per treatment
- Price: EUR 40 per treatment

For treatments as part of workplace health promotion, up to a maximum of 4 treatments per hour are possible. The cost for this is EUR 90 per hour.  
 
A standard treatment at the practice:
- Duration: 25 minutes
- Price: EUR 40
